How can I cancel my membership?
We hate to see you go, But if you must, the process is easy. You can fill out a cancel form either online or by visiting your Beach House Tan salon by your draft date. Please remember that your cancellation request is subject to any obligations of your membership agreement. Typical a 3 or 6 month minimum has been agreed upon and a tanning consultant will be able to review the terms of your agreement and answer any questions you may have. If you are cancelling because you're unsatisfied with your current location, please speak with your local club manager before making your final decision. We welcome feedback and would love the opportunity to improve and hopefully change your mind. Remember, cancelling your membership needs to occur before your draft date.
What is Stay n $ave?
Effective January 2025, we no longer offer the Stay n $ave program. You can cancel in store after your 3/month of 6/month commitment has been met.
What is the last day of the month to make changes to my account?
The last date to make a change to your account is the day before your draft date. This includes in-store cancellations as we need to process the request in time.
